Our Team
Meet Ronald James Wright, our Chief Field Manager, a passionate horticulturist and certified arborist. Alongside him is Tony Padgett, our Operational Manager, responsible for business planning, safety guidelines, and keeping us compliant with all regulations. Together, they lead a team of skilled technicians, safety officers, and customer service representatives, all dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Tony is the Operational Manager at Panorama Tree Care and responsible for business planning; enterprise accountability, research and development, marketing; sales and services. He also serves as the safety guideline instructor in cooperation with OSHA’s set standards and the American National Standards Institute. He also serves as a paralegal by keeping up to date on all regulations and permitting requirements from the municipalities within the 14 counties Panorama Tree Care serves.
Prior to joining Panorama Tree Care, Tony worked as a Director of Sales for a computer company selling consumables and hardware. While working in this fast pace environment, Tony was inspired to become an arborist for Panorama Tree Care.
Chief Field Manager
Ronald James Wright became interested in plants and trees at the age of 14, as a Boy Scout. At 14, he attained Eagle Scout with over 60 merit badges in Horticulture, Zoology, and Forestry. He served honorably in the US Navy in 1960-1964. James has collected orchids, bromeliads, cacti and various seeds throughout Mexico and Central America throughout his life.
He became a Certified Arborist and was self-employed professional landscaper for ten years. James continues his passion of collecting over 400 exotic orchids, 150 bromeliads, tropical and subtropical plants, trees and vines. Currently, James is the Chief Field Manager at Panorama Tree Care Inc where he manages all aspects of tree work and diagnosis.
