There was a lot of back and forth and scheduling confusion. I can honestly blame this on a small lack of communication, but primarily on the weather. This is the rainy season after all. Panorama's crew finally came out and removed the tree without issue. The workers were courteous, and cleaned up the site afterward. All in all, the removal took less than 30 minutes. My wife and I are very satisfied with our experience with Panorama Tree Service.
